- 1 onion
- 1 16 oz can black beans
- 1 16 oz can small kidney beans
- 8 oz tomatoe sauce
- 8 oz corn
- 2 14 oz diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 T cumin
- 1 T chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Step 1
cook on low in crock pot for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Shred chicken with 2 forks. Serve with sour cream, avacados, salsa, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, and tortilla shells.
