Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat
  • 3-4 medium potatoes diced
  • 4 carrots, diced
  • I medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 bottle of ketchup (3/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce (1/4 to 1/3 of a cup)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Bring 3-4 cups of water to boil. Add meat. Reduce temp. Cook until tender. Add ketchup, sauces, onions and vegetables, simmer. (about 1 ½ hours)
