Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef stew meat
- 3-4 medium potatoes diced
- 4 carrots, diced
- I medium onion, diced
- 1/4 bottle of ketchup (3/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce (1/4 to 1/3 of a cup)
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Bring 3-4 cups of water to boil. Add meat. Reduce temp. Cook until tender. Add ketchup, sauces, onions and vegetables, simmer. (about 1 ½ hours)
