Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breast, boneless-skinlless
- Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 Garlic Cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Brown chicken in olive oil. Set aside. Add remaining ingredients to pan, scraping bits. Bring to a boil and reduce. We added a little bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Serve over chicken.
