Pork Shoulder Roast

Sometimes it's called a shoulder butt roast. Just don't get a "picnic" roast.

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 sprigs of Rosemary
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. salt
  • Grind all together to make a paste

Preparation

Step 1

Put roast in an Iron Skillet . . . . . . . Oven @250

Sprinkle roast with Johnny's Pork, Chicken and Turkey seasoning.
Spread the rest of the roast with the paste, sides and top.

Put in oven for 10 hours (uncovered)
