Onion Relish Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 cups finely chopped Spanish onions (sweet)
• 1 cup salad oil
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/3 cup horseradish
• 1 tsp. salt
• Dash pepper
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Place chopped onion with other ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake until well blended. Makes 1 quart. Refrigerate until used. Delicious over tossed green salad.
