Ingredients
- 1 large can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water
- 6 oz. of fiesta blend cheese
- 2 small cans green chilies
- 6 oz. cooked, diced chicken breast
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 onion, minced
- salt & pepper
- cumin & cayenne
Preparation
Step 1
Put the onions, chilies and chicken in a large soup pan. Turn stove on high and cook until onions are translucent. Add chicken soup and water. Once mixture is hot, whisk in the cheese. Cut the corn tortillas into one inch squares and add to the soup. Season to taste. Serve with sour cream and cilantro.
