Chocolate Chip Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding 3 ¾ oz
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, coarsely crushed

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a mixer, beat together cake mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and pudding mix. Beat mixture for 3 mins at medium speed. Add chocolate chips and beat for another minute.

2. Place batter in buttered and fluted 9” angel food cake pan. Bake at 325F for about 50 mins or until cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Dist lightly with sifted powdered sugar when cool.
