Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 T Self Rising Flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 TBS margarine or butter

Preparation
Step 1
Vanilla Wafers
Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture becomes thick, then add the vanilla and margarine / butter. Stir well and in a large dish layer the following: Vanilla Wafers over the bottom of dish. Slice a layer of ripe bananas on top of wafers. Pour 1/2 of the pudding over the bananas, repeat.
Topping
2 egg whites
2 TBS sugar
Whip the egg whites until firm peaks form, and then add sugar as you whip the whites to stiff peaks. Bake at 450 until golden brown.
