  • 1/3 * 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 * 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 * 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/3 * 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 * 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • * Pinch salt

Directions

1. Bring butter, sugar and corn syrup to a boil and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in cream, vanilla and salt. Use as topping on your favourite dessert or fruit.
