Ingredients
- 2 cups Pillsbury BEST All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. McCormick Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp. hot water
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350'F. Grease 15X10X1-inch baking pan. Set aside. In large bowl combine flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda. Add oil, 1/4 cup of the honey and egg. Stir until combined. Stir in walnuts. Press into prepared pan using waxed paper or hands.
Bake 18 to 20 min. In a small bowl combine powdered sugar, butter or margarine, vanilla, hot water, and the remaining 2 tbsp. honey. Beat until smooth. Spread over warm bars. Let cool.
