Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. asparagras spears
- 1 lg. garlic clove halved
- 2 teasp. olive oil
- 1/2 teasp. salt
- 1/4 teasp dried thyme
- 1/4 teasp ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
snap off tough ends of asparagras
rub sides of garlic over bottom of baking dish. Place garlic in dish with salt, thyme and pepper Toss and bake 20 mins. stirring once.
