Ingredients
- 4 long white potatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 diced hard boiled eggs
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp pickle relish
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Peel, cube and cook potatoes
Drain and cool
Add onions, celery, and eggs
Add mayo, mustard, and relish. You can mix these together before placing in potatoes. This way you can taste and adjust if needed.
