Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Light Butter
- 4 Land O Lakes® All-Natural Eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper; set aside.
Combine flour, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and red pepper in medium bowl; set aside.
Combine water and light butter in heavy 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil.
Reduce heat to low. Using wooden spoon, stir in flour mixture until dough forms a ball. Continue cooking 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Place dough in large bowl; cool 5 minutes. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well with electric mixer after each addition, until dough is smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and chives.
Drop level tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 25-30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Serve warm.
