Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini sliced (about 2 cups)
- 1 medium summer squash sliced (about 2 cups)
- 1 small onion sliced (about 1cup)
- Herbs and seasonings to taste, I like a garlic and herb blend my tones that has no salt or MSG. or Cajun seasoning (this can get spicy)

Step 1
1) Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray
2) Add all veggies and seasoning.
3) Cook on medium heat until veggies are fully cooked about 10 to 15 minutes.
