Ingredients
- 8 small boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 pound)
- 3 tablespooons flour
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Preparation
Step 1
1. Toss chicken with flour in slow cooker
2. Stir in rest of ingredients; cover
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or high for 3-4 hours)
4. Serve wtih hot cooked rice and steamed green beans
