Buttery shortbread

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 2 cups ground pecan (ground in food processor)
  • 2/3 cop powdered sugar
  • 2 T. Ice water
  • 2 T. Milk
  • Powdered sugar to roll cookies.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Roll 1 inch balls in powdered sugar. Bake 350 degrees 17 minutes until light brown. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. 6 dozen.
