Ingredients
- 3 c water
- 2 c white vinegar
- 1/4 c coarse salt
- 2 T sugar
- 3/4 t cumin
- 1 t black peppercorns
- 1/2 t tumeric
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 med onion
- 1 jalapeno w/ seeds
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch dill
- 5 sprigs thyme
- 12-16 cucumbers or other veggie

Preparation
Step 1
Boil water, blanche veggie, strain.
Mix all dry ingredients and distribute among jars. Cut onion, jalapeno, garlic and distribute. Put dill and thyme in jars. Add veggies. Bring water and vinegar to boil, add to jars. Let sit atleast 2 days.
