Apple Pecan Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. plus 2 T. brown sugar, divided
- 4 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 4 c. chopped peeled apples
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 t. ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325. Line 13x9 inch pan with foil. Mix crumbs, butter and 2 T sugar; press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; blend. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
Mix remaining 1/2 sugar, apples, pecans and cinnamon; spoon over batter.
Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
