Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Fluke
- 1 teasp salt
- dash pepper
- 3 sliced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1/2 teasp. crushed basil
- 1/2 teasp. parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper
Top fish with tomato slices sprinkle with salt and pepper
Combine butter, flour and milk and simmer until thick
then add white wine, basil and parsley
Pour sauce over fish and bake 350 degrees 15-20 mins
