  • 8 c fresh sliced peaches
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 t flour
  • topping:
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 c light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1 1/2 t cinnamon
  • dash of fresh grated nutmeg
  • 3/4 c butter, cut into 1/2 in pieces
  • 1 lg egg

Step 1

Combine filling in lg bowl and mix gently. Pour into 9x13x2 baking pan and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients in bowl, cut in butter until it resembles large peas. Stir in the egg. Distribute topping evenly over peaches. Bake 40 min, 350
