Ingredients
- 16 corn tortillas (6"), warmed
- 1 jar (14 oz.)Pace Mexican Creations Taco cooking sauce
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Vegetable oil
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
Preparation
Step 1
For each roll, spread tortilla with 1 tbsp. taco cooking sauce. Top with 1/4 cup chicken and 2 tbsp. cheese. Roll up and secure with toothpick.
In 12" nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. heat 1 tbsp. oil. Fry 4 at a time, turning as needed until golden brown on all sides, adding more oil as needed. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
