Ingredients

  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 T flour
  • ! tsp. paprika
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1

Cook noodles.

In medium bowl combine beef, saltines, onion, egg, salt and 3 T water just until blended. Shape into 16 meatballs. Cook meatballs until brown. Remove from pan.

Stir flour and paprika into drippings in pan; cook 30 seconds stirring. Stir in broth, boil 2 min or until thickened. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream

Return meatballs to pan, heat through.

Drain noodles. Spoon meatballs over noodles.
