vanilla icing- moms favorite

experimented one night and created this icing. Mom says it's the best she ever had!

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 about 1 cup shortening
• 4 about 4 cups powdered sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• couple TBS of milk for consistency

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, cream cheese and shortening. (they were slightly soft). Add vanilla. Slowly add sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk to desired consistency.
