- 3 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup Lard or Butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Beat eggs, sugar and shortening - add other ingredients, mix together and roll thin, sprinkle sugar on top.
Cut and bake. The dough can be rolled up and frozen for slicing and baking later.
