  • 3 Cups Flour.
  • 1 Teaspoon salt.
  • 5 Tablespoons water.
  • 1 1/4 cup shortening.
  • 1 egg well beaten.
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar.

Preparation

Step 1

Cut shortening into flour to which salt has been added until it appears like a course meal. Add water and vinegar to beaten egg, and stir into flour mixture.
Will keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Also can be rerolled.
