Rum Balls (Aussie)

Ingredients

  • 9 WeetaBix
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped raisins (optional)
  • 3-4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 (300 ml) can condensed milk
  • 6 tablespoons bundaberg rum (dark rum)
  • extra coconut or chocolate sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together well in a bowl.

Cover in the fridge for ½ hour.

Shape into balls and roll in coconut or chocolate sprinkles.
