- Boneless Chicken Breast
- Italian Salad Dressing
- Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boneless/skinless chicken breast (2 or 3) cut up into one inch by 2 inch pieces. put into baking pan 9X9 or 9X13 one layer of chicken and then cover completely in Italian Salad Dressing (I use low fat) and shake lots of Parmesan Cheese (the powder type) into the Salad dressing/on top of the Chicken –push most of it right down into the sauce.
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
