Ingredients
- 1 box swiss chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 25 large marshmallows
- 1 can coconut
- Nuts
- 1 box 10x sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1/3 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Bake cake as directed (2 layers).
Cool.
Split layers.
In a saucepan,
Bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Set off heat.
Stir in marshmallows and coconut.
Add nuts.
Spread mixture between all layers. Put in middle and run to outside.
Icing
Melt butter and add powdered sugar, cocoa and milk. Cook until smooth and spreadable.
