Ingredients
- 1 cup Soy Flour
- 1 cup Protein Powder (Plain)
- 6 eggs
- 6 tbsp. sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tbsp. oregano (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Set aside 1/2 cup of cheese.
2. Mix all ingredients and fill a greased 9" bread pan, top with remaining cheddar cheese.
3. Bake for 45 min - 1 hour at 375 F.
4. Store unused portion in refrigerator for up to 1 week and in freezer for up to 1 month.
