Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 jar(14 oz.) Pace Mexican Creations Taco cooking sauce
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix thoroughly ground beef, 2/3 cup taco cooking sauce and tortilla chips. Shape into 8X4" loaf and place in 13X9X2" baking pan. Bake at 350'F. for 1 hr.

Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese melts. Heat remaining sauce and serve with meat loaf.
