Ingredients
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 3 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro or parsley
- 3 medium green onions, thinly chopped (about 1/3 cup)
- 1 can (15oz) black beans rinsed and drained (maybe Bush’s Chili Beans)
- 1 bread bowl (hollowed out)
- Assorted crackers
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix the soup, salsa, cilantro, green onions and beans in a 1 ½ quart casserole dish.
2. Bake at 350F for 20 mins or until hot. Spoon the baked dip into the bread bowl and serve.
