Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup rosemary
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1 pound Pork Tenderloin

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large baggie and seal with pork inside
2. Place in fridge overnight
3. Drain meat, place in a roasting pan
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
5. Lets stand 10 minutes before slicing
