Egg Salad With Shrimp and Bacon

Ingredients

  • 6 hardboiled eggs
  • 4 ounces cooked and peeled baby shrimp
  • 3 slices crisp cooked bacon
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions or chives
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare 1st 3 ingredients and cool.
2. Grate or chop eggs and combine with chopped shrimp and crumbled crisp bacon.
3. Add onion and mayonnaise (more if needed).
4. Use for sandwiches, or party spread.
5. (Notice omission of salt due to use of bacon).
