Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, add sugar, beat until fluffy.
Add vanilla, sift flour and salt, add to creamed mixture, fold in chopped pecans. Shape dough in crescents. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. While still warm, roll in icing sugar.
