Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped up
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbl minced onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- dash if bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 9 ounce pkg frozen french style green beans
- 1 10 oz. pkg frozen peas
- 1 10 oz. pkg frozen baby limas
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except veg. heat and stir over low heat until hot. Cook veg. using pkg directions drain, mix pour sauce over and serve.
Most of the time I use canned vegetables. I like to make it up a day or two ahead because we think it tastes better after a day or so.
