Janet's Peas and Beans Dish

Served warm or cold, Janet's dish is tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped up
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbl minced onion
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • dash if bottled hot pepper sauce
  • 1 9 ounce pkg frozen french style green beans
  • 1 10 oz. pkg frozen peas
  • 1 10 oz. pkg frozen baby limas

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except veg. heat and stir over low heat until hot. Cook veg. using pkg directions drain, mix pour sauce over and serve.

Most of the time I use canned vegetables. I like to make it up a day or two ahead because we think it tastes better after a day or so.
