Ingredients
- 1 c grated/drained potatoes
- 1/4 c grated onion
- 1 t kosher salt
- fresh pepper to taste
- 2 T shmaltz
- 1 egg
- fat to coat and grease muffin pan
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine ingredients. Pour 1 tsp into individual muffin spots.
Bake 25 minutes.
