Lemon-Dill Marinade for Fish

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Dash of dried tarragon

Preparation

Step 1

In a glass bowl or airtight container, combine all ingredients; blend well. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or more, turning once.
