- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- MIX ALL TOGETHER

Step 1
Cook in pan over medium heat about 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly. It is done when it looks like scrambled eggs.
Pour into cheesecloth in colander. Form into tight ball. Hang from "sink faucet" for about 2 to 3 hours to drain and cool. Put in refrigerator until cold. Slice when ready to serve.
*You can add 1 teaspoon nutmeg and cinnamon (wrapped in cloth so flavor, not color is tasted) to add flavor.
