Peanut Butter Pie

Family Favorite - with Nutter Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 24 Nutter Butter cookies
• 8 zo pkg cream cheese, softened
• 5 tbsp butter melted
• 1 c. creamy peanut butter
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1-8 oz Cool Whip, thawed, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Crush cookies; mix with melted buter. Press into bottom and up sides of pie pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla; mix on medium speed.

Gently stir in 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip. Top with remaining Cool Whip.

Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
