Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped red and green bell peppers
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pkg. imitation crabmeat flakes, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cocktail sauce

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Generously grease 2 cookie sheets. Melt butter in 10" skillet over med. heat. Cook onion, celery, and bell peppers in butter 3 mins, stirring occasionally; remove from skillet.

Mix veggie mixture and remaining ingredients except cocktail sauce. Shape mixture into 2 dozen 1 1/2 " patties. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 12 mins, turning once, till golden. Serve w/ cocktail sauce.
