BOOMKIN PIE

Ingredients

  • 2/3 C flour
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 2 C pumpkin
  • 1 - 13 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 T soft oleo
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in blender for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 425 deg, then turn down to 350 deg for 35 minutes or till done.
