Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat cut into 1 in cubes
- 1 (16oz)can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15oz)can of tomato sauce with onion and garlic
- 1 (14.5oz)no salt added stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 of 28oz bag of frozen diced hash brown potatoes with onions and peeppers
- 2 t dried Italian seasoning
- fresh oregano leaves optional

Preparation
Step 1
In a slow cooker stir together meat, beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, potaotes, and Italian seasoning.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 or on high for 4-5
