Hearty Penne Beef

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c uncooked penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 can (15oz) tomato puree
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 1/2 t Italian Seasoning
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 c chopped fresh spinach
- 2 c (8oz) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cook beef over med heat until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 min longer. Drain. Stir in the tomato puree, broth, Italian seasoning, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10-15 min or until slightly thickened. Add spinach; cook for 1-2 min longer.
Drain pasta and stir in beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook for 3-4 more min or until cheese is melted.
