Ingredients
- Talapia or Cod (fish), 8 4oz. fillets
- Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
- Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup
- Olive Oil, .25 cup
- Egg, fresh, 2 large
- Water, tap, 1 fl oz

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
In small bowl, beat eggs with water.
In separate bowl, mix Parmesan, bread crumbs and olive oil.
Dip fish in egg mixture and then in cheese mixture to coat.
Place filets on baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
