Ingredients
- 1 C all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 C white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/2 stick butter (smart balance)
- 1/2 C fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Lg egg, beaten
- 1.5 Tbsp water
- 1.5 C (12oz pkg) dark chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together the butter and the sugars. Add the sour cream and vanilla and continue to mix. Beat together the egg and the water, add to mixture and continue to beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the liquids and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop rounded Tsp onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325F for 12 minutes or until bottoms are brown
