Impossibly Easy Hot Dog n Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. hot dogs, cut into 1/4" pcs.
• 1/4 c. chopped onion, if desired
• 1/2 c. Bisquick
• 1 c. milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Spray 9" glass pie plate w/ cooking spray. Layer hot dog pieces and onion in pie plate.

Stir Bisquick mix, milk, & eggs in med. bowl w/ wire whisk or fork till blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle w/ cheese.

Bake 25-30 mins. or till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 mins. before serving. Serve w/ ketchup or mustard, if desired.
