Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS: (Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine)
- 1/4 pound of shrimp
- 3 oz. green onions (chopped)
- 2 oz. chopped garlic or garlic powder
- pinch of thyme leaves
- 3 oz. olive oil
- 2 1/2 oz. light whipping cream
- 1 cup cooked Fettuccine
- INGREDIENTS: (Creole Chicken with Cajun Shrimp)
- 3 oz. chicken
- 1 cup of shrimp
- 6 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 2 oz. seafood (or chicken) stock
- 1 1/2 oz. heavy cream
- diced red and yellow peppers for garnish
- shaved or grated cheese for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except the cream and Fettuccine into a saucepan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
Add the whipping cream. Let condense for 4-8 minutes. Add Fettuccine and serve. Yields 1 serving.
Cook chicken in saucepan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Add shrimp and mushrooms to pan and sauté for about three minutes. Use stock to deglaze pan and then add heavy cream. Let condense for 4-8 minutes. Garnish with red and yellow diced and shredded cheese. Yields 1
