RUTH’S CHEESY VEGETABLE HOTDISH

Ingredients

  • 2 large packages frozen cauliflower/broccoli/carrot mixture
  • 1 small jar Cheese Whiz
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)
  • Add minced onion to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Partly thaw vegetables in microwave for one minute. Heat soup and Cheese Whiz and pour over vegetables in a large baking dish.

Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1-1/2 hours or until all vegetables are done.

Works well in a crockpot on low.
