Ingredients
- Coho Salmon, 16 oz
- Soy Sauce, 4 T.
- Brown Sugar, 4 tsp
- Honey, 1/2 T.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Mix Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, and honey together.
Brush on fish and let sit 10-15 minutes.
Cook until flaky and not pink inside... about 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of salmon.
makes 4 servings. Serve over rice with a small side salad.
