    Sticks Margarine, melt then add:

    C Water: Bring 1st three ingredients to boil. Remove from heat, then add:

    C All Purpose Flour

    Eggs, well beaten

    tsp Baking Soda

    C Buttermilk or 1/2 pt Sour Cream

  • Frosting:

    Stick (1/2 C) Margarine

  • 4

    Tbsp Cocoa

  • 6

    Tbsp Milk: bring first three ingredients to a boil, remove from heat. Then add:

    lb. Confectioners Sugar

  • 1

    C Nuts, optional

  • 1

    tsp Vanilla

Directions

Cake: Pour into a Lg. greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes Filling: Cool before frosting cake
